Great comfort and quality
Already had these in black from a few years ago. The stretch waist makes them super comfy along with the relaxed fit. One small criticism the security pocket in the top right is no longer there, I always find this particularly useful for car keys.

Great for holidays when suitcase space is limited
Yes, I recommend this
Brilliant for when you leave the cold of the uk to sunny climates & also for the return.

M and S have changed the shade of the grey trouser
No, I don't recommend this
I have purchased before. They suit my need as a leg amputee, but they don't exactly look smart and I have to have shortened. I was hoping to use the shortened lowers from my previous pair. However you are now supplying the grey trousers in a different shade to what you supplied before so have to pay for shortening as they don't match which is a bit disappointing.

Versatile but beware the pockets!
Very versatile trouser/ shorts combination that are ideal for travelling. Comfortable thanks to 70+% cotton composition. However they have the dumbest pockets possible below the waistband: way too open and not practical for putting things in. I lost a handkerchief because the opening is way too wide.

Just what I wanted
Yes, I recommend this
Excellent. Just what I wanted. Lightweight with plenty of pockets. Pockets and waistband have durable poppers on, which hold well, especially at the waist.

A few snags!
No, I don't recommend this
Bought to replace an old pair used primarily for trecking. Not happy with stud fasteners replacing buttons. Some are difficult to operate. Not happy with cord system for bunching leg bottoms. Could easily entangle with a low branch and cause a trip. Otherwise OK.

Great trekking trousers for home and abroad.
Yes, I recommend this
My husband wears these most of the time for field work and around the garden. They last for years but I can no longer get them online at M&S or in store. An assistant in Cambridge ordered them for me and I picked up in store. Why have they been remove from your website?

Sheer convenience?!

Practical they go with shoes, trainers or casuals. Multiple pockets one with a zip for the phone I guess. I just don’t require the-normal trousers In general use, been using these style trousers for .....at least 7+ years.

Great quality

These trousers are the best on the market as they are light but strong and best of all when hot the mid leg unzips to turn them into shorts,Absolutely brilliant.

Trouser’s quality
No, I don't recommend this
Very disappointed. The material is very thin and not suitable for winter. The pockets are shallow and are not big enough for a wallet. The fly is too short. I’d really like my money back.

Variable trousers to fit most activities. Not just outdoor either . Surprised how good they feel .

Great travel trousers
Yes, I recommend this
I have owned 2 pairs of these in different colours in the past but they are now past their best after several years use. The new ones only appear to be available in 1 colour; no beige! A zipped rear pocket would have been better than the press stud but I prefer the new material which is now described as showerproof. They dry quickly which suits my minimalist travel style and I have worn the older ones all over SE Asia. More colours required and zip pocket to rear for security.

Good trousers, bad belt
The trousers themselves were excellent. The problem was the belt which was not removable and I could not get it to work satisfactorily. I returned them.
