Wide Fit Leather Wedge Moccasins

Very good quality leather shoe good. Style and good value for money

I bought these for work as well as a pair of the Footglove Riptape shoes. I tried them on quickly in the shop and though they were OK but when I got them home I realised they were too narrow and too short in the length. I am actually a 7.5, but usually buy an 8 so I can wear socks, but these felt more like a standard fit size 7. I always buy M&S shoes as they fit me well, but both pairs bought that day were nowhere near the usual fit or comfort I expect. They will have to go back.

Shame the last Reviewer’s comments had not been published prior to purchasing these shoes! Fitted perfectly during home trial. But after four hours of periodic walking at work; the shoes just kept expanding width wise! Shoes were very hard to keep on and provided little support. Unlike the Footglove Wide Fit tassle patent Loafers bought at the same time and which I love... Sadly took shoes back to local M&S store and after a lengthy discussion was offered a full refund. SORRY M&S - I cannot recommend these shoes.

I bought these shoes via the instore ordering system and they arrived on Monday- really quick. I bought them because I walk to work and because they are wide with room in the toe area. I have only worn them once. They felt comfy in the house and for the first 100 yards or so when walking to work on Tuesday morning. By the time I got to the office (only 10 minutes walk away) my feet were slipping all over the place inside the shoes. I reckon its the slippery insole that's the culprit. I'll have to buy some insoles and hope that that solves the problem, or go without socks. M & S have skimped by lining with a cheaper unsuitable plastic insole . Sorry M & S I do not recommend.

I have bought two pairs of these shoes now even though they last really well. I wore the first pair all the time for two years running so have now bought another pair. They are amazingly comfortable, the heel is a perfect height for every day wear. They look good under trousers. They are comfortable enough to wear indoors and sturdy enough for outdoor walking. I wouldn't wear them with a skirt as they are not particularly fashionable, but a great shoe!

After wearing one pair of footglove wide fit shoes for well over four years I purchased a pair of these expecting a similar fit and for them to last a very long time. What a disappointment I can't even get the shoe on my foot!! Ridiculously narrow, impossible fit. I've tried various other styles too but they all seem much narrower than M & S normally make Unfortunately I have resorted to buying several pairs of shoes from your competitors in their wider fit, ( their name rhymes with Marks but begins with a C) the shoes are wider and much more stylish I've written to your customer care and had a bog standard reply telling me get a refund, but not addressing the issue and I've also spoken to one of your deputy managers in store who promised to speak to Head Office and come back to me promptly, I had absolutely no response from him Can you blame me going elsewhere....no one's listening to me
