Your beautiful bouquet will arrive in bud stage without water. This aims to save precious resources whilst ensuring that your flowers still arrive in perfect condition.
To prolong the life of your flowers, please re-cut the stems and remove all leaves that would be below the waterline
Place flowers in a clean vase, fill with 1 litre of fresh water and flower food (If provided), following the instructions on the sachet. Water in the vase should be topped up regularly

I sent flowers to my friend Lady Hampson the day before I had lunch with her on Thursday 3 October. I was absolutely disgusted to see what had been delivered. When you have flowers delivered you want to have a delightful looking bouquet to make you happy, it just looked like a bunch of flowers, dreadful. will not be buying from you again.

Lovely bouquet I ordered for myself for a special occasion. I remembered from previous bouquets to remove the outer petals of the roses - this time they have opened perfect and the lilies smell amazing- even though one stem is a pink lily! Added bonus discount with sparks vouchers!
