Not being very technical, I assumed that this would be posted via snail-mail to the recipient. I think M&S ought to make it clear that the email address you ask for, is in fact the email address that will receive the e-card!!

Printed paper gift card not so good.
The system was down in the shop so I couldn't have the usual gift card I was able to download and print one online but would definitely have preferred to gift a 'proper' card.
