This cake was picked by myself for my wifes birthday; now normally I get it wrong, and the final results are not normally what I expected! However, this time I got it right and the personalised vintage party cake went down a storm. A bit too sweet for some, which only meant more for the rest of us! A perfect blend of buttercream with sponge, and the artistic design completed the display admirably. The result; a very pleased wife, and a few extra brownie points in my back pocket. Fully recommend.
