I bought this for a small retirement party. Arranged collection for the day before and it had a good week on the sell by date. Unfortunately, the sponge was really dry. Plenty of filling which is good but it didn’t solve the dry sponge. I have had this cake several times before and this was disappointing for my friend’s party. Not sure if the recipe has been changed but I won’t be ordering again :(
