Excellent quality and portion size - each slice was generous and the filling was also generously applied. The cake was well received in our meeting - every slice was eaten! The service was excellent as they forgot to give the cake to the person collecting but promptly telephoned us to arrange collection.

I bought this for a small retirement party. Arranged collection for the day before and it had a good week on the sell by date. Unfortunately, the sponge was really dry. Plenty of filling which is good but it didn’t solve the dry sponge. I have had this cake several times before and this was disappointing for my friend’s party. Not sure if the recipe has been changed but I won’t be ordering again :(
