Such a lovely cake! I did decorate the cake and keep it in the fridge for a full day before use which it says not to do but I couldn’t keep it out as it was over 30 degrees. But the cake did not disappear it was absolutely lovely I was worried I would have dried it out but it wasn’t dry at all!! Such a delicious flavour too. Would buy again 1000%
