I’ve had ordered this cake numerous times. Removed from the box to decorate and noted the whole top of the cake was wet. Large water droplets of condensation. Box and packaging was dry. Could not decorate as items to be used would have bled onto the cake. Complained sending pictures. Sent a £5 gift card online and no apology. Cake board was also messy with dried buttercream.
