Valentine's Red Rose Abundance Bouquet with Vase

There were only 20 roses when there should have been 22. The quality was not what I would expect from M&S and they did not last long.

This was left outside our building in the rain ...

I received my Roses on date agreed. I was very disappointed, they were very small in size and the quality was very poor. The best thing in my delivery was the vase.I will have to seriously think about future purchases especially on key dates. This is the 2nd review that I have completed, Never receive a response from the 1st one.

Lovely arranged bouquet with considerate packaging and careful delivery. Flowers smelt great and lasted for well over 2 weeks.

This is a great bunch of a dozen roses for £40. I was a little concerned that they wouldn't be in bloom (as there was a warning concerning this during the purchase), but they were perfect when they arrived; they were well packaged too, which must have also helped. The flowers were middling-sized, but this is a very competitively priced delivered 12 roses! They were half the price of the local florists - I would rather support them than M&S, however I cannot afford £80 for something that ends up in the bin after a week! These lasted just over a week, however they also came in an attractive glass vase which will last much longer.

The flowers were adequate but rather underwhelming. The roses were a lot darker red than I'd imagined. They lasted 7 days and didn't really open up fully before they started to decline. The vase was lovely and just the job.

Whilst the roses were delivered as promised, they never fully opened and lasted around 3-4 days from delivery until some of the head started to drop off

Just what I wanted, delivered to the hotel on time and having a vase with it made a perfect gift.

The roses where well packaged as was the vase. The blooms were well formed and over a week later they were still looking great!

Sadly, several of the flowers dropped all their petals on their flowers as soon as they were unwrapped. Also, many of the leaves were dry like paper. Very poor quality, especially for a Valentine's Day gift. I phoned to complain and was pleased to have an apology and a gift card in recompense. So excellent customer service, just - unusually - poor quality flowers this time.
