There's Cropwell Bishop Blue Stilton, handmade in Nottinghamshire by the Skailes family, a rich Brie de Meaux, a Truffle Cheddar, a Swiss Gruyère and a two-year-old Cornish Cruncher cheddar. What's cheese without delicious crackers? We've added Rye Sourdough crackers, plus a jar of Fig, Apple and Balsamic Fruit for Cheese. Everything is presented in a wooden crate and a small cool bag to keep it all fresh. Products ordered for Christmas will stay fresh until at least Boxing Day.

A bit disappointing
No, I don't recommend this
We have ordered the equivalent Christmas cheese selection from M&S for the last few years but were disappointed in what was included this time around. The truffle cheddar smelt and tasted overwhelmingly of garlic, (more so than the truffle Brie of the previous year) and despite being garlic lovers, we found the taste too overpowering. Whilst we purchased the crate when it had a special discount, we feel it was overpriced for what was included (but was well packaged). M&S do a French cheese selection albeit smaller, for a fraction of the price in store which I wish, with hindsight, we had bought instead as far superior in taste and selection of textures.

These were for a gift for christmas. Great quality. Delivered before the nominated date - which is fine, better early than late. There was no prompt to insert gift card - or no obvious one, so that I had to explain to the recipient. In a way there are mostly bought for gifts. It is obviously cheaper to go get them in the shop. You do not get too much for the money, but one is paying for the packaging and delivery - which was great.

Christmas cheese crate
Too expensive for what it was. Beautiful crate but unless you want it for something special then just a waste of money! Cheese selection a bit strange, again ok if you're up for unusual types. Bought as a christmas gift for a cheese lover, but even he wasnt impressed. Will choose my own independently next time. Sorry not for us!
