The recipient messaged me on day of arrival to let me know the roses in this bouquet were in poor condition, dropping and one head snapped off. The rest of bouquet was good and lasted well

Flowers lovely but NO card !!

The flowers were gorgeous and worth the money for next day delivery . My friend was delighted with the flowers but unfortunately there was no card with them so she had no idea who they were from !!!! I am a bit disappointed as the flowers were sent as a surprise after her operation and it WASN’T a nice experience for her asking all her friends if they had sent her flowers or for her friends who were feeling awkward saying NO . Luckily her husband text to ask me pretty quickly so saved some embarrassment. He did double , triple check all the box the flowers arrived in but definitely no card . I will order again as the product itself was lovely and this is the first time I have had any problems.

I cannot comment on what the flowers looked like as the bouquet was a present for a family member. However, ordering online was simple, quick and delivery updates were accurate

On delivery. God quality flowers. 2 days in they deteriorated rapidly. So disappointing

Colourful but didn’t last long

It was a small bouquet that was for my mum. The lisianthus was fresh and bright, the sunflowers were in bud and opened up beautifully. Some of the roses stayed in bud then went brown and drooped. I found it wasn’t great value for money.
