Your beautiful bouquet will arrive in bud stage without water. This aims to save precious resources whilst ensuring that your flowers still arrive in perfect condition.
To prolong the life of your flowers, please re-cut the stems and remove all leaves that would be below the waterline
Place flowers in a clean vase, fill with one litre of fresh water and flower food (if provided), following the instructions on the sachet. Water in the vase should be topped up regularly

No, I don't recommend this
Disappointed with this due to half of the flowers arriving wilted and dying. I thought maybe they would recover within a couple of days but only the sunflowers survived. Shame as they looked lovely in the picture and good reviews for my purchase as a wedding anniversary gift.

Not so good as usual
I love the M&S flowers and often buy them as gifts. This time the flowers were droopy on arrival and didn't perk up. Unfortunately the roses died after a few days: They were not in direct sun but it was probably caused by the extreme hot weather we have.
