Shame about the elastic

The shoes are fine and went well with the dress I bought for a black tie dinner. The only problem was the elastic that held them together which made it nearly impossible to walk and assess the comfort level. I was concerned that if I removed the elastic you would not accept a return, there was no information on this important point. Once I had decided to keep them and removed the elastic they were not at all comfortable to walk in, fortunately the dinner was being held in the same building where we stayed and I coped. However I won't be buying any more M&S shoes that are elasticated in this way.

Gorgeous shoes!
Love these shoes. Great mid-brown, rich, dark tan colour, small heel height that's comfy all day and beautifully soft suede. Feel and look a lot more expensive than they are.

Quality suede shoes but very pointy

Bought these shoes for autumn wear as the colour is lovely and will go with everything, and the suede is soft and supple. The heel height is perfect. I have slightly wide feet and the pointed toe was just too pointy making them rather uncomfortable. Sadly I returned them.

Lovely shoes, great sized heel and incredibly comfy but they're quite a big size 6 so I find my foot comes out of the back of the shoe as I walk. I tried a 5 but it was uncomfortably small.
