These ankle boots looked so lovely on the website, and once in my hands, they were really nice, but sadly the sizing wasn't right. There seemed to be a difference between the two boots, and they were much too small, so sadly I had to return them.

Have been looking for some boots like these for ages to replace a much loved pair. When I read the reviews I was a little unsure however with M&S easy returns process I decided to send for them. They are really lovely, so comfortable and I love the little noise the back ties make when you walk. Excellent value at sales price too. Well recommended

These are the most uncomfortable boots I have put on my feet in a very long time, didn't;t even try the second boot! Very hard both inside and round the ankle.

The boots are lovely. They are comfortable and fit perfectly. I really want to keep them however, the ties at the back keeps on making flapping noises when I walk and it puts me off. I’m contemplating between returning them or cutting off the metal ends on the ties. Should I? I’m not sure though.. oh what a dilemma!

True to size and nice and low. Not real suede but looks real. The laces at the back make tapping noises when walking, as they hit the boots.

Nice little boot looks great with jeans or dress. Bought the same pair last year and saw them again in the sale, so have put them away for when the ones I’m wearing wear out. Size true to size. They are very comfy to wear. I would recommend these boots.
