Faulty Sterling Silver pearl drop hoop earrings
No, I don't recommend this
I bought these £20 earrings for a Christmas gift. The hoops are so tiny they hardly fit a small adult’s ear lobe. The pearl came off and the clasp on one of the earrings couldn’t close. They were opened in front of me so I know the person didn’t do anything wrong with them. It was very embarrassing. I tried returning them to no avail. Faulty products should be able to get a refund. I’m very disappointed in Marks and Spencer where customer care is usually excellent. I understand the policy on returning earrings but faulty ones!!!

Pretty but too tiny for me
The earrings are TINY! I had not expected them to be so small and will give them to my niece who is still a child. It was almost impossible to insert the hoops and close them as they are so tiny and it is beyond fiddly!
