Pretty material and design

I love the the colour (blue) and flattering cut and pretty detailing around the sleeves and neckline of this dress. Ordered my usual size 12 but it was huge so had to reorder a size 10. Happily that fits perfectly. Looking forward to wearing it at a summer tea party.
