I usually wear a size S, but I like some room in fitted workout clothes, so I bought an M. It fits very well. For reference, I am 5'4" and weigh 117 lbs. There is some room around the waist, but otherwise it's a great fit. The top hits slighty above the belly, which is perfect because I pair it with high-waisted shorts. The design is also the reason I bought the top. The back is perfect for intense workouts, keeping me cool. I pair the top with a forest green bottom - from Beyond Yoga, of course :-)
