But this bra holds the girls where they need to be, especially when I’m training! The color looks great with my skin tone and is a lovely accent to my workout attire. I don't need a bra that crushes what little I've got. The Spacedye Lift Your Spirits Bra is perfect for me. It's comfortable and supportive without excessive compression. I just ordered more and tossed my old sports bras.

It is difficult to find a comfortable bra that supports and lifts you without flattening you. This does all of that & stretches so you can comfortably get in and out of it. No rubbing or chafing while running and doesn’t move during Pilates. I am small busted 32B but I would recommend all sizes to give this one a try. I ordered the small and medium. The small fit me but a little snug so I decided to keep the medium for a more comfortable fit.

The material is great, and it has prevented me from experiencing eczema breakouts, which I often experience by using other bras from other brands. I like that the material is soft, doesn't feel too synthetic, and wicks away sweat well. I highly recommend for people who sweat a lot and who also have sensitive skin. I also love the fit and support.

Unexpected nursing sports bra

It’s pretty easy to nurse my newborn while wearing it and the pads absorb some letdown of breastmilk. It held up well in the wash and feels supportive during my workouts. I couldn’t decide between a small and medium, but kept the small because the tighter fit was more flattering.
