Skin Food Nourishing Night Cream 40ml

There is enough slip to give myself a little massage when I use it, but it sinks in too, which feels great.

After the first application my skin did feel softer and smoother. I was cautious not to apply too much initially with the view to increasing the application over time if necessary.

‘I like the weight of it in my hand, although I did drop it at one point, but it didn't break. I prefer glass jars to plastic, so this is a win for me.

This has all the essential oils that I love. It isn't overpowering and is only really evident until it sinks in and then there's only a slight throw, which is very pleasant.

Takes a while to absorb and just left a strange film on my skin.

So plump and fresh.

The fragrance is nice and continues on from the cleanser and day cream; however, I do prefer something a little earthier smelling at night as I wind down to sleep...perhaps something with a lavender fragrance or more herbal, rather than the more citrus fragrance of this product. It doesn't bother me enough to stop me using it though.

I like the fragrance. I don’t think it’s overpowering. It’s not overly fragranced, which I like.

It does absorb quickly even though it is a thick cream.

It glides on easily and sinks in quickly.

This definitely puts a bounce in the skin. It contains squalane and shea butter, which my dehydrated skin can’t get enough of. It also has a good ratio of oils in it which feeds the skin overnight really well.

Skin certainly felt moisturised and was not tight or dry.

It absorbs fairly quickly. It takes a little longer than other night creams, but it doesn’t feel like it’s sticky while it is sinking in.

Really nice product that gets the job done.
