Only thing I would change is the internal packaging. A piece of card rolled up for an expensive watch was very poor. I had to find my own to make it look like the price it was.

One star. Clasp won't close I spoke with Enrique ten days ago and shipped watch back FedEx on 5/6. You must have received it by now (5/14) but I have not gotten a reply. I want it replaced. I have many of your Skagen watches which I love. Poor quality control and poor communication once you got it back.
