No, I don't recommend this
Purchased 8 chairs to match with the dining table. Noticed lots of splits and M&S commissioned an independent report. Technician was pretty damning and said all 8 were badly made. Look lovely but wont last the test of time I fear.

These are very nice chairs. Comfortable, stylish to go with the Greenwich grey able and sideboard, since the Greenwich grey chairs have been taken off sale.

No, I don't recommend this
Bought six of these chairs a year ago not long after purchase we had a couple of chips on the back of the seat which we thought could have been made by a belt the only reason we could thnk of that they would chip there. After Christmas all but one of the chairs had chips in exactly the same place. We contacted Marks who said it was normal wear and tear and have refused even to look at them. They haven't chipped anywhere else we are so disappointed as they are really sturdy chairs and look good with the table and sideboard I ordered at the same time.

My Darcey Dining Chairs
Yes, I recommend this
I was really pleased when I received my Darcey dining chairs, they were even better than they looked on line. The seats are large and very comfortable and the coating gives a very smooth finish. They are a pale grey in colour and complement my new kitchen/dining room. I was very disappointed that one of the chairs had a small chip on the back of the chair but I contacted M&S and they were extremely helpful and the matter is now in the process of being resolved. I would highly recommend the Darcey dining chairs, they are a quality item of furniture.

Adore the style
Yes, I recommend this
I bought 6 of these Darcy chairs which go beautifly with the matching table. When the table extends out it is possible to even add more seating if required. The chairs seats are firm but they are very comfortable and roomy. They are expensive but worth the money. Looking forward to Christmas when all the family arrive to a beautifly laid out dining table and comfortable chairs.
