So so bra, ok for price
Ok bra, support is good but comes up high under arm which I think may rub on longer runs. Fine for cycling. Very hard to do the 4 hook and eyes up. Not tried cross over strap way yet as not totally clear how it works, and not convinced it will be comfortable worn that way.

I purchased this as I needed a good sports bra for running. I have a big bust and this product comes in bigger cup sizes which is great! I highly recommend as it’s probably the best sports bra I have ever bought. It does exactly as described and gives ultimate support. I have since purchased it in a different colour as I like it so much!

This is great for high impact like running, but I would say size up on the band size as I find this very tight even on the loosest one. 4 clasps, straps are adjustable and you can criss cross if you want, and have padding on the shoulder which is a nice touch.

This bra means business...it's very well constructed and feels nicely controlling while allowing good movement for Pilates classes. It would certainly be fine for running too. A good, work out bra that is comfortable to wear.

Nice quality, not the fit I’d hoped for.
I’ve been looking for a sports bra for a while. I’m normally a 34DD, but find M&S sizing random at best and opted, having read various reviews, for 36D which is ok as it’s adjustable both at the fastening and straps back and front. It fits well both cup and around, but is too wide across the chest (a problem for me with many bras from M&S and why I stopped buying them) and becomes uncomfortable with prolonged wear at the area where armpit and shoulder meet upper chest. It’s a nice bra but cut too wide for me. I’ll wear it for my jogging outings but not for Pilates or yoga. Was surprised the front fastening bra had no strap adjustment, otherwise I would have bought that one.

Nice looking bra but not for me. Vrry hard to fasten even when turned round to the front. Also there is no separation between your boobs so will rub together. Returned.
