Your beautiful bouquet will arrive in bud stage without water. This aims to save precious resources while ensuring that your flowers still arrive in perfect condition.
To prolong their life, re-cut the stems and remove all leaves that would be below the waterline
Place them in a clean vase and fill it with one litre of fresh water and flower food (if provided), following the instructions on the sachet. Top up the water in the vase regularly

I purchased this bouquet of Roses and Fresias for a 50th Wedding Anniversary gift. The flowers received were not fresh and therefore I had to go and Buy another bouquet from a local M&S store. I have ordered Many previous gifts of flowers and have never been disappointed, I kept the flowers which only lasted 4 days then having to dispose of them. I would not purchase this particular bouquet again.

I had these flowers delivered to my sister for her birthday on 4th July. Apparently the flowers were very pretty but were not scented - their USP as far as I was concerned and why I choose the arrangement. Disappointing.
