I just had these delivered & was shocked at how dirty one set was Obviously straight from the shop floor LITERALLY I WILL ATTEMPT TO WASH AS I DONT HAVE THE STAMINA FOR THE COMPLAINANT PROCESS

I was hoping to know the thread count of this cover before I bought it. It doesn’t say so took a chance. There is also no thread count on the packaging so I can’t provide that information here. All I can say is I’ve seen thicker, less transparent, covers but I have also seen a lot worse. This is a lovely cover and my child is delighted. I like it too.

Just received this duvet set. I ordered the double size but there’s only one pillowcase. Not sure if this is mistake but every double duvet set I’ve seen at this price usually has two pillowcases. On hold to speak to someone about this. Need to know if it’s missing or not. Very frustrating...
