Ride 17 Trainers

I've run with Ride Saucony sneakers for a very long time. I've been a big supporter of the sneakers but haven't bought a pair since Ride 14...I loved the sneakers so much that I bought four pairs that year and haven't needed a new pair until now. I bought a pair of Ride 17 and to my dismay, they are not the same sneaker. I ordered the same size, but the fit is larger than the previous renditions. They also don't have the same support. They are a little stiff and uncomfortable. The shoe shape is also different. I'd bought two pairs. I wore one for a week (Five runs) and they are still stiff. I guess I'm stuck with it, but I returned the unworn second pair. Guess I will be on a new sneaker hunt.

I’ve run previous versions of the Saucony Ride. The Ride 17 runs large compared to other Saucony models and previous versions of this shoe. It is also quite stiff and the upper is not very comfortable.

Loved them. So comfortable. I plan on buying more soon.

Love the shoes but first time I put them the pull tab on the heel of the shoe broke.

I have had the ride 17 for several months now and I LOVE these shoes! I enjoyed my previous rides(15) but I did have several small issues with them and the ride 17s have fixed all of these issues! The ride 15s always felt a little narrow on my foot and they were hard to get on…the 17s fit wider and my foot slips into them easily! I have actually considered going down half a size but I live in an area that gets very hot in summer so decided to stick with my size 7s to allow for swollen feet! The previous 15s had very short laces and I had trouble doing double knots for race day…the 17s have lovely long laces so no need now for double knots! There is now a loop on the back of the heel which really helps with getting the shoe on! And they are.very cushioned as well as being responsive! I have been able to do faster sprint workouts (strides) which is really helping with my confidence for improving my next half marathon time! I have a spring half I am preparing for as well as a fall marathon, and although I would love to move up to a plated shoe( such as the endorphin speed 4) my budget doesn’t allow for another purchase right now so I will stick with the 17s.

These were a replacement for another pair of ride17 that I had worn out. I spend most of my day on my feet on concrete so cushion is important. I also under-pronate and have plantar fasciitis so it is hard to find shoes that don't make my feet ache. I tried a different style (triumph) at the recommendation from the shoe store but my feet screamed at me by the end of a few hours. I LOVE these shoes and I hope they keep making them as they are defineatly my favorite!

I have been wearing Ride version of Saucony for over 10 years. A good all purpose shoe for running, cardio and strength workouts. The shoe is lightweight and comfortable. I have a narrow heel so I do have difficulty getting the shoe tight enough so my heels don’t slip out with mountain climbers for example but overall I am very happy with them. Good quality and nice color selection.

The heel is too loose. I'm super bummed. I love my Ride 16s. They feel perfect. The hug my heel so my foot feels secure in the shoe when I move. I purchased a new pair and I'm so disappointed. I'm returning them and hunting the internet for Ride 16s. They're not terrible shoes, but they don't work for me.

My second pair of these shoes, I love them! The colors are beautiful.

Saucony is the best for me! I use to have a lot of pain from running but when I switched to saucony the pain stopped! I’ve had the triumph 20s and the ride 17 and have loved them both equally. True to size! 10/10 recommend.

Not as comfortable as the previous ones. The side by the tongue rubs and gives blisters

These shoes were recommended to me by daughter. She runs marathons and wears this brandI recently succombed to plantar fasciitis, and she said these shoes would help. Boy, do they! I wear them all the time, for everything from working out to walking to running the beach with the dogs. The PF is still bothersome, but so much less so with Saucony shoes, thank you!

The shoes were a Christmas present ,they fit her she like them they are her exercise shoes. Thank you.

These are light , bouncy and easy to run in . I run between 2-10 k per run and these are perfect
