Yes, I recommend this
I love this dress. Material is light and floaty but without too much excess material. I sized down and it fits perfectly. I'm 5'4" and it comes to lower calf. The neck tie is a nice touch and having sleeves is a huge plus for me. If they can't me up with some more colours/ patterns I would definitely buy another one.
