I saw this dress on This Morning being featured as looking good whether you are thin or curvier and ordered it straight away. I'm on the curvier side and was really pleased how this fitted with a flattering v-neck and a little shirring around the waist which made it really comfortable to wear.

This dress is nice and a good if slightly large fit. I hope the crunchy sounding cotton softens up, with washing, although I don't want it to fade, which is a concern with black cotton. I have slight concerns I look like someone in their "traditional costume" but the dress has a shape that is so good for pear or hour glass shapes that I have kept it.

Good fit on my 5' 2 and a half inches - bought this for long sleeves as a cover up in the evening - looks good on and hopefully the stitching will remain as new over time and washes.
