Plain Dye Towel

Great product I bought the duck egg blue ones to complement my new bathroom could not be more pleased.

I brought Autograph towels 5 years ago when we moved into our new house and they have been fantastic. I recently replaced one set which my Husband and myself use in our bathroom and after 2 washes, the bath towel fell apart at the edge. I returned it and was got a replacement (as I thought this was just bad luck) but the same thing has happened again after just 2 washes....they will now be going back and I will not be getting replacements. ....very, very disappointed with the quality.

I have always been an M&S fan. However, lately the quality doesn't seem to be there. Same price - cheaper materials. You only have to look at these towels and they are covered in pulls! Really unimpressed. Don't bother purchasing these towels as you will be really disappointed. M&S you really need to take note that you are making a huge mistake reducing the quality.

It is the colour dye of this product that is the problem. With new towels you always have to wash them at least twice to remove the nap and fluff so you don't get covered in it. I have washed my black towels about 7 times and dried them both in the dryer and on the washing line and the black nap is still coming off and one of the seams is now unravelling. My shower room is covered in black fluff! My mocha ones are OK though - don't buy black

I purchased 2 bath sheets and two hand towels and used and washed them last week for the first time. I am very disappointed with them, they are covered in pulls, threads hanging out. There are no children in this household only two careful pensioners. I will not be buying and more. M&S merchandise used to be the best but not any more.

I bought a set of these and the bathmat came apart after the first wash. Returned the bath mat for a new one, and that too came part after the first wash. Am giving up and returning the set.

This is a lovely towel. I bought the XL bath towel. Unfortunately it is too thick for me to use comfortably as I have stiff joints. I need something thinner that I can grip more easily.

These towels have a lovely texture and the pile is short so they are unlikely to snag. Love the colours.

..that the labels are attached so tightly by the plastic strip it is almost impossible to detach them without damaging the towels (which is what has happened here). Towels spoilt before even using them. I have marked as poor but of course I am referring to the packaging rather than the quality of the towels themselves.

A real pleasure to step onto after a shower or bath, good quality for the price.

I already had some of these towels so I already know that they are good value for money, have a luxury feel even after several washes and in my opinion are the best towels available at the price.

I bought a set of these towels in the colour Ink. According to the label ' shedding will reduce after washing.' Mine are one their 3rd wash and my bathroom is still covered in bits on a daily basis. I like the towels but the cleaning up is really annoying.

I ordered a set of these. They are really soft and bigger than the average towel. Kept their softness and colour after being washed. Quite expensive though. Whether they are worth the price will depend on how long they last.

If anyone read my review on the Supima towel I got the bath mat mixed up. This range has the matching bathmat, the Supima range did not have a matching bathmat. These towels are very thick, I haven't washed them yet, and I like the fact that the full range is available. It would be nice to have a bigger range of colours.
