Your beautiful bouquet will arrive in bud stage without water. This aims to save precious resources whilst ensuring that your flowers still arrive in perfect condition.
To prolong the life of your flowers, please re-cut the stems and remove all leaves that would be below the waterline
Place flowers in a clean vase, fill with one litre of fresh water and flower food (if provided), following the instructions on the sachet. Water in the vase should be topped up regularly

I ordered these flowers for a friends birthday and was offered the service of some text in a card. I gave the text BUT no card or text was included with the very nice flowers. My friend did not know who to thank, and I was left wondering if she had received them, and/or was ignoring me. This Could have had an affect on a good friendship. WHY OFFER a service when it does not happen ?

Pretty bouquet
Some of the pink roses looked a little bedraggled and had brown tinges. These did not last too long but the other flowers were fine and did come out lovely, lasted for about 1 week. Due to the flowers which had to be thrown away fairly quickly I think the quality was not up to what you’d expect for the price.
