Soft and cosy full-length dressing gown. Love the colour. Worth mentioning that it’s almost an A-line shape rather than straight which I find makes me look bigger than I am. I’m a size 10 and ordered both Small and Medium, kept the medium. It’s down to my ankles and I’m 5’6’. The reason for a 3 star review is the surprisingly poor service from M&S. The store stock checker wasn’t accurate, then after a wasted visit to a store I ordered online and it took 2 weeks to deliver. I returned the size small and my refund was due on Monday but still hadn’t gone into my account.

I must say I was a bit disappointed with the dressing gown. I have had a similar Rosie dressing gown for years and have loved it's warm & cosy feel. So ready for a new one. I ordered an XL but I am a size 18 so it would be nice and big. I was surprised to find it was on the small side and the sleeves were shorter and tighter at the cuff than my previous purchase. So returned it.....

I love this gown so much. It’s just the right amount of thickness and I don’t oversweat. I also love the length of it. I am 5 ft 8 inches and it comes to my ankles. This is a bonus so when I sit down, it’s not that much shorter. Anyways I’m impressed with it. And I also copped it on the sale for more than half the price so I treated myself to the charcoal coloured one which won’t show the food stains from the little ones grabbing me for the soft cuddles in mummy’s fluffy gown

Excellent quality gift however when I tried to re-order another not only were they reduced by £9 but also size small was out of stock to order on-line and little option to collect within a 50 mile radius, surely a popular item should have more availability.
