A beautiful cake, really nicely presented and tasted nice. HOWEVER, why did they not wrap the box in cellophane? I think this is the reason the cake was really quite dry. It might have been over baked, who knows.

It is very Rich. moist, but went around fifteen of us and a nice bite size piece, which is all that is required.! Decadent and a very Large cake. lasted well with no sign of dryness.
