Four layers of chocolate and caramel sponges filled with rich chocolate buttercream and smooth caramel sauce, covered in toffee buttercream and finished with a mixture of chocolate, caramel and toffee buttercream and dark chocolate discs. This supersized version of chocolate and caramel cake can be personalised with a message. The personalised plaque is made from solid caramel chocolate and the message is piped with royal icing.

I ordered this cake to celebrate my mum's 80th birthday. The cake itself was absolutely delicious, really moist and sumptuous. Everyone really enjoyed it. The only negative thing I have to say is that between me agreeing on the cake with my brother and sister and actually ordering it on line (within 1 week) the price had gone up from £55 to £60. That is quite a hike.
