Four layers of chocolate and caramel sponges filled with rich chocolate buttercream and smooth caramel sauce, covered in toffee buttercream and finished with a mixture of chocolate, caramel and toffee buttercream and dark chocolate discs. This supersized version of chocolate and caramel cake can be personalised with a message. The personalised plaque is made from solid caramel chocolate and the message is piped with royal icing.

Bought (one of two cakes) for my fatherâs 95th birthday party. Delicious, moist sponge, great flavours, lovely icing. Very well packaged so it looked beautiful. Serves far more than 24 - we had lots left over, but it was still scrummy 6 days after Iâd collected it!

I ordered this cake for my sonâs 30 birthday and it went down like a treat. My only criticism would be that the lettering wasnât exactly as I ordered and a pity that I couldnât use an apostrophe when typing in the message. Excellent service, collection was very straightforward and the box that the cake came in was very sturdy. We will be using M&S in August for his wedding cake.
