Four layers of chocolate and caramel sponges filled with rich chocolate buttercream and smooth caramel sauce, covered in toffee buttercream and finished with a mixture of chocolate, caramel and toffee buttercream and dark chocolate discs. This supersized version of chocolate and caramel cake can be personalised with a message. The personalised plaque is made from solid caramel chocolate and the message is piped with royal icing.

The cake was amazing Not only did it look great but unlike many shop bought celebration cakes it actually tasted delicious too. It wasnât sickly sweet but was moist and flavoursome.
