Flattening design
I bought this swimsuit except it’s the black and white one for my holiday. Fitted well at home but didn’t actually go swimming in the end as it was too cold, so not worn as yet.

Way too long a body, unwearable as it was.

I picked this swimming costume up late afternoon and needed it for 9.00 the following morning. The body was so long it was hanging 8 cm down my leg. I had no options but to alter the costume taking up the excess fabric at the crotch, see photo. This, together with tightening the shoulder straps making the neckline very high and the underarms uncomfortable, allowed me to wear the costume. I have never had a problem buying a costume before, I am pretty standard size and costumes I’ve bought at Marks have always been a great fit. Something went very wrong with the pattern cutting for this costume.

Great fit and beautiful design
I ordered the Aqua Mix and so pleased I did, I like the wider straps, design, fit and quality of the fabric. I couldn’t find a costume that fitted properly and that I felt good in until I discovered the Palm Springs swimming costume. Love it!

I really like the cut of this, it’s not too high in the leg. I thought that the waistband would be unflattering but it’s not, it’s an attractive and comfortable costume even though it’s a bit padded which I don’t like. I’m not completely keen on the colour combination, I thought what is actually a burgundy colour was black from the photo on the website, it would have been nicer if it was black. That is the only reason I have not given it five stars.

The costume is beautiful and a very good fit. I would have given it 5 stars but for the ruching at the side of each bust near the armpits. If I was taking the costume on holiday I would have returned it, but it is only for hot tub use.

I am so pleased I tried a new to me brand. I have been a faithful buyer of M&S swimming costumes for over 35 years. I tried again this year to stay loyal but finding the lack of material around the posterior at my age quite alarming. So i tried Pour Moi, what a revelation. It hugs me nicely and has plenty of coverage around the back, yet still looks on trend and not at all frumpy. I opted for the black and white striped top and plain black lower half. Fabulous width straps that are not going to move while I jostle in the pool with my grandchildren. Very tempted to purchase the green and navy colourway too. So very pleased with my purchase.

This photo isn’t the colour I’ve chosen mine is the black and white one I like the cut underneath the armpit it’s high enough not to show any hanging skin also it’s not high cut on the legs which is why I purchased

It IS A LOVELY SWIMSUIT FITS WELL HAD TO ALTER STRAPS AS A BIT LONG IN THE LENGTH BUT I AM ONLY 5FT JUST WISH MARKS WOULD CATER FOR SMALLER PEOPLE. I DID COMPLAIN ABOUT SLEEVE LENGTHS BUT NO RESPONSE WILL SEND ANOTHER BUT NO COMPLAINTS ABOUT SWIMSUITS.
