This Autograph collection post surgery bra features delicate Swiss-designed embroidery complemented with fishnet panels for a stylish and contemporary look. Our non-wired, full cup design gently supports your bust, while smooth, breathable fabrics feel extra soft on delicate scar tissue. A special pocket opening in the cups can hold a prosthesis. Features super soft straps and an extended elasticated side wing to cover prosthesis and help you feel comfortable.

Absolutely love this bra, it’s super comfy BUT I’ve been disappointed by the ribbon detail at the front as they’ve ripped off over the course of putting on / off from wearing maybe 5 / 6 times

After reading the reviews, I found like most, I had to go down a cup size in a store a few towns away as everything is sold out. It is a lovely bra. I wanted something that looked sexy and smart, and this ticked all the boxes. So pleased.

This bra looks great in the pictures and a welcome design for post-surgery women who want to feel & look great again. However, for a post surgery bra the sizing and fitting of this bra is all over the place. The cups are huge! At least 3 sizes out and the lack of adequate side support in relation to the overall bra is weird. This does not seem to have been designed by/in consultation with, anyone who has had breast surgery.

I loved the look of this bra, and there’s never much of a choice in post-op bras, so tried it. Sadly - although it was a very fancy bra and looked pretty, the fit was not good! I tried 2 different sizes - my usual size 40F - which I got lost in!! So I tried a 38E/F - and it still wasn’t a good fit!? I didn’t fill the cups properly at all… there was still some gaping at the top of the cup, and I only have to cope with a proper fit in one side, as my op had been a lumpectomy. So … unfortunately, I cannot recommend this bra, albeit being a very pretty bra - for me, the fit in both sizes was no good. I cannot even recommend whether you should try for your actual size, or go bigger or smaller - as none seemed to fit me at all. :( Please M&S … please make some very pretty, very pink, pretty girly post-op bras - non-wired bras!! Thank you x
