Motion 2 Regular Fit 5 Pocket Jeans

Very pleased with these trousers. My only gripe is I wish they were available in other colours too not just sable and blue.

Love these pants! The fit is perfect and there's just the right amount of stretch. It seems like everything these days is made of technical fabrics, so it's refreshing to find a great pair of pants made of cotton! Classic design with a modern fit. Get a few pairs, you won't regret it.

Fit beautifully...elegant and like the fabric

Runs really small, I don’t know on what planet that was a 32” waist. I normally wear a 31” and these were TIGHT.

Amazing fit and I love it a definite repeat

These feel great (soft denim) and fit like a high end pair of pants that involved a considerable amount of cutting to make the shape anatomically correct. They don’t feel like mass-produced jeans. The way they fit over my hips was remarkably comfortable from day one and only got better as I broke them in. They wash well - minimal to no shrinking (air dry), and the fabric doesn’t pill or lose its shape. I haven’t noticed any fading after about 5 washes, but the label says they’re meant to fade with age which will likely enhance the “patina”. I have big legs, an average size butt and a pretty small waist, which makes it challenging to find pants that are flattering in the seat without being too tight in the leg. Athletic cuts usually are too relaxed up top, and slim cuts are usually good up top but look spray-paint tight on my thighs and calves. The Motion 2 Straight Jeans are the perfect pants for my body shape. They don’t look like a typical “straight” fit, which I usually find boxy. The legs on these actually look pretty slim on me (the way slim fit pants look on people with slim legs). I also love that these come in multiple inseam lengths. I have just one complaint: the crotch is a bit too tight. I think the front and back rise are both perfect; I just wish there was a bit more room in the front zipper area. I feel compressed and constricted. This is the only uncomfortable part of these jeans for me. A minor adjustment here would make these a holy grail pant for me.

What R&G calls Navy Blue is much closer to a Slate. I bought the same straight model in dark Greg and navy blue and i can barely tell them apart. Besides, i can’t match the so-called navy blue pants with a navy blue tee or a navy blue jersey.
