Very disappointed
No, I don't recommend this
I am or maybe was, a loyal customer of the Marks and Spencer’s company I ordered the Milk, White and dark chocolate cake for a close family members 80th Birthday. We were extremely impressed with the very sturdy design of the outer box, but unfortunately the cake itself was beyond dry and extremely difficult to swallow. Because this was a cake order, I was told I couldn’t get any kind of resolution. It was such a letdown, as everyone was really looking forward to having a slice for dessert. I don’t expect any more of our hard earned money will be going into the food ordering department. If it hadn’t been an extremely special, then I’d just write it off to bad luck. I hope this is seen by the company and that they recognize that this is an opportunity to address this issue
