"Go to" winter trousers
I bought these in black last year and they became my "go to" trousers as they are soft, comfortable and warmer than jeans, and a really nice cut/style. Unfortunately the fabric is looking quite scruffy now, after being through the wash so many times. Despite this I've bought another pair for this winter, this time in the chocolate colour. I bought a 12 regular; am 5ft3' and usually 12/14. I find these cords are quite generous and stretch rather a lot around the waist and hips when you're wearing them. For this reason I decided to try a size 10, which surprisingly fit me quite well but were not as comfy as the 12 as tighter at the waist.
