Lyocell Rich Polka Dot Sweetheart Neckline Maxi Waisted Dress

I absolutely love the style of this dress and its nice material too so I was excited to try it. I'm a very standard size 12 on top (10-12 on the bottom) and wasn't even close to being able to zip up the 12. I thought fine, it runs small, so got a 14 instead thinking it will fit fine as I don't normally have issues. However, trying this on at home it was wayyy too big on top for me. Like a good 3 bra sizes too big lol absolutely mad sizing. Would say size up but that will only work on people with bigger chests. Whatever you do, make sure to try before you buy! Seriously, sort your patterns out M&S... 🫠

Very disappointed in the fit of this dress. I would normally buy a size 8 in M&S Collection and have rarely had to change that. This dress however was certainly not a standard size 8. Fit perfectly from the waist down over but I could not fasten the zip in the top. I had ordered two different lengths and both dresses were the same - both short of fastening by about 3 inches across the bust. Such a shame as the fabric was very nice.

Normally a size 20 but purchased a 22 after reading reviews. I am a 36hh in bras but have to admit the bust of the dress is quite roomy yet slim fitted on the hips. I will have to wear a padded bra to keep the dress. If I purchased the 20 it would have been perfect on the top but too tight on the hips.

Bought this to wear to a wedding, as it can look smart or relaxed, depending on styling. It's a small fitting - definitely needed to go up a size! The material is nice and fits the midriff well, so doesn't feel too clingy despite being figure-hugging. I'm going to add a halter-neck sash to mine, so as to feel more secure that I won't fall out of the top!

This is without doubt a beautiful dress and I took advantage of my Sparks discount to purchase it. However it is very much on the small size, so much so the zip at the back could not meet to do up.

Bought this for my 17 year old granddaughter. She was not sure about “a M&S dress” but she loved it . It was a lot of money for a young girl to pay but in this case Grandma payed!.Well worth it .
