Sizing - all over the shop!
I had to try 6 pairs of jeans to get the right fit and length. Even identical pairs were different lengths! My first pair shrunk - so wash cooler than stated. Very happy with the pair that fits.

I've been looking for some wide leg jeans with an elasticated waist and these ones are excellent. The fit and length are spot on, lovely material and they don't sit too high on the waist. I would love M&S to offer more mid-rise trousers, as so many I've tried recently have been way too high and uncomfortable.

Very happy with these wide leg jeans. Really comfortable to wear and look good. Am about 160cms tall and find the short length is just a bit too long for wearing with flat shoes or boots, so in wet weather, the hems get wet.

My new favourite jeans
Bought them as a smart and comfortable pair of jeans to wear while travelling,they tick both these boxes and so much more.They are so versatile and can be worn casually with a sweatshirt/jumper or dressed up with smart blouse…all types of footwear look good with them too.So overall good value for money and age appropriate for a 65 year old.
