Linen Tapered Trousers

Look very good nice fit and cool in hot weather

These are lovely trousers. I am an older woman and beige /flax colour is my favourite for summer. They have a very fine white stripe and they fit me really well. They make me feel really smart and psychologically good in them. That to me is key to a good garment, because it gives a woman confidence. I hope they are repeated next year. I bought 2 pairs, I really love them.

These are a lovely colour, great style and fit, and really comfy. No complaints at all, would buy more colours if available.

Nice lightweight trousers.

This was a spec buy. I don’t normally buy linen items as they usually crease and these were very creased when received. Thought the fabric was a little bit rough as well. My main criticism were the gathered ankles which were a bit firm and a struggle to take off. That may be my problem as I am disabled. On me they did look as if I was wearing a pair of pyjama bottoms. I’m sure on someone else they will look good. They fitted well with plenty of room round the hips and bottom. Good for summer days.

The description states that the model is wearing length 70cm. Does this apply to short, regular or long length? M & S it would be so helpful if you could specify the inside leg length for each of the available lengths in trousers. I ordered these in short length as generally I find now that short length in M & S trousers suits me better even though my inside length is 29/30". However these do come up about an inch too short and although they are wearable I now feel I will have to order the regular length to see which is the best length! On the plus side these linen trousers look & feel great & are true to size. Loving the beige with subtle stripe & I will be able to pair with diffirent coloured tops. Looking forward to wearing them.
