Leaf Print Shirred Waisted Dress

Was so looking forward to trying on this dress.Sadly it made me look huge and frumpy and the colour was not flattering on me so sadly returned.

I returned this dress as it was a little too small, but I was sorry because it is really pretty, well-made and the material is lovely. The detail was excellent, although I felt the lining could have been longer. I would have loved to have kept it. I live in hope of more similar!

I liked the pattern and style of this dress but was too small and too long so returned. I would have liked to try a larger size but none were available. I also thought it was a bit pricey.

I must admit when I read this dress had pockets it was a must-but for me. If only all dresses had pockets *sigh* Lovely, floaty but not baggy/unshapely dress - the shirred waist has a nice effect of giving you more of a fitted look and shape than one would anticipate. Nice v-neckline too; not too high or too low. Great length and lovely pattern. Also not as thin as I assumed it would be so could be worn all year round, not just Summer and POCKETS! Woo! Well done M&S.

This dress really is lovely! It fits nicely across the bust then clinches in just below and then gently flares over the tummy area. Really suits me as it hides my not so slim tummy perfectly. I like the short sleeve too as it covers well but is still cool to wear. The length is midi which I like as I prefer a dress that covers my knees. I wore it for a meal with my partner at the weekend with black strappy sandals and I felt great! More of this style please M & S!!

I bought this dress for a day out in London and it was perfect! It fits well and is very flattering. I was comfortable all day and the dress looked just as smart at the end of the day, even after sitting on the tube and train on a warm summer's day. The dress washed easily in a machine and didn't require any ironing. I would definitely recommend.

Only worn once but admired

I really wanted to love this dress and it was a good fit - I am a size 10 and this came up true to size. It’s midi length and came to my mid calf. Unfortunately style of the dress with the elasticated arms and the frilly v neck just made it look old fashioned on me. Someone will be able to rock this dress, just not me!

Lovely dress, very stylish and a real bargain at 20% off. Bought to wear at my husband’s graduation but, unfortunately, not worn as it wasn’t sunny enough - would of needed to wear a jacket which I felt would spoil the look. Dress is beautifully made, fine fabric, fully lined and lovely detail on the bodice. Yellow dress is much more sophisticated than the blue one which seems to show the lining and pockets - didn’t know it had pockets, doesn’t need them. Would definitely recommend for a special occasion, bit different to all the usual bodycon dresses. I bought my regular size, tried others, and it’s a good fit. Probably a bit long for me at 5 ft but I’ll wear heels.

Loved this dress, very pretty but different, great length as I'm quite tall .. The colour is a required taste but I love it, and the little buttons are very pretty.
