Leaf Print Frill Sleeve Midi Dress

I was surprisingly impressed with this dress as I did not expect that I would suit it. Liked the colours and the pattern. The dress feels nice when it's on although I normally take s size 12 I had to exchange it for a size 14. Very pleased with it.

Bought in January for going away for some unexpected winter sun; it was perfect for days with sandals and cooler evenings with a layer. Now home looks great with ankle boots ...exactly what I wanted. Very comfortable, it's just my 'look' and I feel feminine. As another reviewer said the sleeves are quite wide for that style but they didn't put me off. I do think the khaki colour is a strange shade (neither khaki green or brown) but I loved the look and feel of the dress so much that I'm ignoring that and focusing on the overall presentation! Think it's on the pricey side but worth it. Thanks M & S.

I love this dress. Perfect fabric for cool evenings on holiday abroad. My only criticism as am 5ft the dresses are all so loooong! Am wearing them as maxi as bought several new dresses and too expensive to pay for shortening for all of them.

I don’t often find a dress I like but this one is perfect for me. Fits nicely without being too tight or too baggy. Bought a size 16 which fits over my bust and bottom perfectly. Bought the navy/ white first and ordered this colour at the same time. Love the fact you can now wear ankle boots with this longer length dress for cooler days and sandals for warmer weather. Have only recently purchased so not worn or washed yet.

Very pleased with this dress, especially as bought with 20% deduction. What a good price! Loved the green colour, background and print, which goes brilliantly with a pair of olive green knee high boots I have. I went up a size simply as I have a large chest and didn’t want to strain the buttons, which means the waist and hips are looser, but not detrimental to the style. And I could always take the sides in a little. Style wise I deducted a star for the frill at the hem. I usually avoid dresses with a frill! However it is less noticeable with the print. The fluting on the 3/4 sleeves and the fabric covered buttons down the bodice front make the dress look so much more expensive than it was. I am very pleased with the purchase.

I was really taken by this dress in the photos and was therefore disappointed that it was small across the hips for a size 22 - certainly not the "relaxed" fit the description suggests. I therefore sent it back

When I tried it on, to wear at a Special Birthday party, it looked too dull and a bit dreary for the occasion. Did nothing for me so sadly going to take it back to store,

Ordered this dress on line as didn't have size in store. It fitted perfectly and wasn't at all creased on arrival. Loved the style and with 20% off price it was a good buy can wear it now with thick tights and boots and in warmer weather with sandals or shoes. As haven't worn it yet so can't comment on how it washes.

Whilst the dress is lovely to look at unfortunately for me being around 5ft it was floor length and made me look as though I had put a tent on. Sadly, M&S appears to have forgotten the small or petite sizes nowadays which will seriously restrict my purchasing of dresses. I have to say the pattern and colour of the dress is lovely shame about the length. Hope the powers that be will take note.

I saw this online, and as it says ' relaxed' midi dress I assumed it would be a looser fit. However, it has a side zip fastening, and is a tight fit - I think the description could be better. Sadly I struggle with side zips, and it was tight on top, which is a shame. The fabric is nice and lightweight, and if it fits, it would be a useful addition to wardrobe.

I don't buy many dresses but I saw this online so purchased it. I have a celebration coming up in early March and rather than wear trousers, I thought I would like a dress and wasn't disappointed with this one. It is lovely, soft and comfortable, the correct length and I shall enjoy wearing it. I cannot give a comment regarding how it washes as I have not worn it yet. I would certainly recommend.

Looked good online & have a similar dress in the same size which I love. This dress was too small & badly cut. Even if it had fitted, on me the colours were draining & the dress looked frumpy & was too long.
