Great little summer dress...........

.......if you can get one to fit correctly! I sent for the light coloured one, I'm 5' 3'', a size 12 and ordered the 12 petite, I like the dress, it fits well and is mid calf length on me. The only niggle for me is the bust area, the gathers arent symetrical, one side looks fine the other not so good, material bunches up and doesnt look so good, I will attempt to rectify this with a few well placed stitches. Because I liked the dress I sent for the black in the same size, It is bigger, but not too big and the V-neck is a bit low but it fits me better across the bust! Not sure yet if I will keep both, or only one and if so, which one?!

Easy to wear dress. I can only wear column dresses that don’t tie at the waist because my waist is quite big. So this dress is perfect for me. Super soft quinkly material that skims the body without being clingy. Fitted me perfectly on the bust and hips. Nice little sleeves to hide the tops of my arms. V neck not cut too low. I wore this with low heels and nice jewellery for a gathering and it was just right. Size 16 and mid calf. I’m 5.7”.

The petite size 12 was very long, almost maxi length. M&S sizing is so inconsistent; I’ve also bought another column dress in same size and fit which is a much better fit.

Really easy and comfortable to wear and very classy! Because of the fabric this is great to wash and go too. It's great for sightseeing by day with a sunhat and trainers, or dressed up with gold earrings and sandals by night. A really good find and style. Maybe some more colours/patterns for next season - and if so I will definitely be purchasing them!

Lovely stylish dress
This is a lovely dress but the front was a bit low for me but would have solved that with a couple of stitches but the 14 was too clingy and sent for the 16 and unfortunately it was huge on me so had to send it back too. I did like the style, material and colour so other styles please.

Great holiday dress if it suits your shape. Lightweight and crease free. Unfortunately it looked like a dishcloth on me. It didn't sit well at the bust area and I know I would be adjusting it all day.

I purchased this in the yellow/cream in store. I liked it that much I ordered the black when I got back online (as didn’t have my size in stock) it’s so flattering. I’m 5ft 10 and a size 12. The chest on the model isn’t how it looks with a bust. It’s so curve enhancing. The other good thing is it’s not too short. No lumps or bumps are shown. Thin material but soft and not see through so great for summer.
