Fabulous dress! Excellent quality fabric with gorgeous drape and swish. The colour is edgy, unusual and very flattering for my colouring. The dropped waist is neat and figure enhancing. I’m sure I’ll get a lot of use out of this dress as it can be accessorised in a number of ways - casual or more formal. Well done!

I purchased this to wear to a May wedding, currently 7 months pregnant and purchased a size 14 to accommodate my bump! Super comfy, light and not restrictive around the bump as the drop waist sits perfectly underneath, highly recommend to my fellow pregnant mamas!

I fell in love with this dress, the shape of it, the fabric and just the overall gorgeous feel of it. And the added bonus… it comes in petite! Marks hasn’t been great with its petite offerings over the years (there’s only so many pairs of black trousers I want/need…) so it was lovely to find thi dress. I did worry that the fullness of it wouldn’t suit a smaller frame but it actually works, perfect example of an item being cut to fit a petite body shape not just having the length chopped off! The dress is a dream to wear, skims the body and the fabric makes it a breeze to wear, plus it dresses up beautifully. Thank you M&S, more fabulous petite clothing please, we are a forgotten group within the fashion industry and we’re not all here for twee/blend into the background clothing!

I don’t really do dresses but had a wedding to attend and after reading some reviews I literally ordered this dress a couple of days before. I’m so glad I did. It is the most flattering dress I’ve ever tried on. I’m 5ft 6 and the length was perfect to the ankles. Went perfect with flat sandals. The cut of the dress hides a multitude of sins around the stomach. I’ve never received so many compliments on an outfit. I’d say if you’re unsure at least order it and try it. You might be suprised. I certainly was.
