Jersey Printed Ruched Midaxi Shirt Dress

Love love this dress. Made well, good quality, fits well. As my husband says ‘it’s a little cracker’.

Lovely dress but the buttonholes are too big so the dress keeps popping open from the lower hem towards my thigh when I walk. Unfortunately the manufacturer didn’t take into account that the material is stretchy so the buttonholes needed to be smaller than the diameter of the button.

For once, I’ve found a dress whose waist matches mine. They’re usually too high. I’m 5ft 8ins and this dress is long on me so will shorten slightly. The gathers at the front hide a tummy nicely. Shame the belt doesn’t have a buckle, is stiffened or has some fastening. All belts seem to be an afterthought and look like a thin rag round your waist.

Very nice dress. Stretchy and very flattering. Will be wearing this a lot.

I was very pleased with this dress. I am 5’2” so the dress did have to be shortened which was successful . Very comfortable to wear and smart. Such a relief to get a dress that doesn’t have volumes of material in the skirt and is not A-line .

Stylish flattering smart dress. Great length. Great colour. Ruching is so flattering and great stretchy fabric. BUT the button holes are too large for the tiny metal stud buttons and due to stretch fabric every button pops open which is embarrassing when out and about. As I love this dress I am either having to sew the button holes to be smaller or change the buttons to larger which would spoil the look of the dress
