I ordered these in an extra short size 14, expecting a comfortable pair of denim. Instead, I received what I can only assume is a high-stakes agility test. I literally could not get them past my knees. I stood in my bedroom, pulling with the strength of a thousand suns, wondering if I had accidentally ordered a pair of custom denim leg-warmers. I know it’s not a personal sudden growth spurt because the other pairs of size 14 jeans I ordered at the exact same time went on completely fine. Whoever was in charge of manufacturing this specific pair clearly did not understand the assignment. I am left with two theories: either the factory has outsourced its labor to the Santa Claus Elf Syndicate, or these were strictly designed for a very tall, incredibly fashionable toddler. If you are an adult human with standard human anatomy, don’t bother ordering these jeans, unless you just want to cover your calves.

Had to return as they were way too tight. Thought they were good until they changed their materials. Now got the same size and they don’t fit. Really sad to see they have gotten rid of their softer fabric. Will not be buying again.

I was looking for some comfortable skinny jeans and these are perfect, I’ve ordered them in dark denim as well as black. It’s worth trying them on in person as the sizes seem to vary a bit. Good quality and they look much smarter on than all the carrot and barrel shaped horrors that are around at the moment.

Grabbed 2 colours of this rare piece as sadly the mid waist ones seem to get replaced by high waist which are a terrible fit for me. I used to live in my Ivys for years, sad to see them slowly go, the mid waist ones need to make a return! They are such good fit, the stretch slightly varies between colours, black and grey usually being tighter and blue tones more stretchy. Just love them.

Normally buy size 12, but decided to go with a 14 as required a more relaxed fit around the waist and hip, due to hip/ back issues. Wanted a change from leggings, and as reduced in price thought I would try them. A good fit although fabric looks more like jegging fabric than 'denim'. Havent worn or washed them yet.

I’m loving the current skinny jean revival now I’ve lost some weight. These jeans are good quality and I now have 3 pairs in different colours. The short length is perfect for me at 5ft 4. Just one criticism, they are all fit differently even though they are the same size. I have experienced this before with M & S and I wish you would sort it out!
