Will I have privacy in the changing room?

Yes, you’ll be shown to your own private changing room at the start of your appointment

How long does an appointment last?

Each appointment is for 30 minutes.

Do I need to book an appointment or can I just pop in?

Ideally you should book to ensure that fitters are available and have plenty of time to spend with you. You’re always welcome to pop into a store (we love a surprise visit) but we may not always be able to accommodate walk-in fittings.
