The person I sent these to was delighted. I was sorry that the chocolates said congratulations rather than Happy Birthday as in the advertisement.

Gift was fine delivery was fine. What I found was the fact it took more than 30 minutes to book at MandS store problems with staff trying to book on honeywell. No customer service for ordering in store not everyone wants to book on line not everyone has Internet banking.You cater for the older clients were has customer service gone. Will not be ordering gift delivery again

If you don’t want it delivered on time - go ahead!! I ordered this for a friend’s birthday & it didn’t arrive on time. I was then told, 2 days later that an attempt had been made to deliver it but it couldn’t be delivered yet again!! I know for a fact that my friend was in at the time!! I was very, very disappointed with this order.
