Nice quality Cardigan - looks like it should last longer than the supermarket brands I've been buying

Very impressed with the quality of this school cardigan to date.

Bought as a spare school cardigan but it actually fits better and looks smarter than the Cardies ordered through school.

I bought one of these cardigans in August along with some others from other high street stores. This is by far the best quality. The colour does not fade when washed at all. I was so impressed that I bought another two in November.

Overjoyed at having found a pure cotton cardigan that looked gorgeous and smart on my little girl I have been left disappointed enough to come and write a review! I purchased the navy cardigans and several of them! However, after literally just 2 or 3 washes at 30, with colour detergent and having been hung dry the colour has faded dreadfully. When I got a new one out to compare I was shocked, down the button line it almost appeared white in places! looked tatty and old so quickly :( Such a shame and I spent SUCH a long time trying to get the right uniform for my daughter! Thrilled with the tunics and the cardigan looks great, but only on first wear! :(

A good quality, soft and warm cardigan, ideal for winter. A little on the wide side but good sleeve length.

I bought two royal blue cardigans last year for then 4yr old and 7yr old. The shape and colour remained good for the whole academic year. I bought another for my 5yr old this year but could not get size at time for elder sister so bought one from different store. Well, I am now ordering on line new cardigan for elder sister as one from different store has no shape and looks more like a dishrag. These cardigans are comfortable and look smart.

I bought this cardigan for my 5 year old granddaughter. I bought the 4-5 years as the 5-6 years was out of stock. The 4-5 fitted perfectly. The quality is good and it looks lovely and smart on. It hasn't been washed so I can't say how it washes,but I'm sure it will wash well. I am about to order another 4-5 years and a 5-6 years as they are now in stock.

Bought this cardigan at the beginning of the school year just started. Wash it once a week with colour powder and as the label says and it has faded to the point where it looks like it's months and months old. Will not be buying this cardigan again. Very disappointing for Marks and Spencer!!

I bought this in green last year. One daughter wouldn't wear because she didn't like the pockets. Other has worn for a school year, washed weekly and still looks really good, much better than other daughters cardigan from another retailer. I would buy again but will be continuing to use this as well. M&S take note - you have a very limited choice in green for picky preteans!

I was pleased initially with this cardigan as have trouble getting a nice royal blue cardi but after only a few washes colour looked really faded and as another review has mentioned the shoulder seam laddered (like tights do) so the front of the cardigan looked awful and this was only after a few wears, will not be buying these again!

Absolutely do not buy this product!! I bought 4 last year for my daughter, and the colour faded - really fast (we had the royal blue), and the seams came away from 2 of the 4 within months. Ended up having to replace with alternative products from another supplier within 4 months. Happened with 3 of my friends children's cardigans too, so this was not an isolated incident. Would not buy again!!
