Sweeten up your dishes and drinks with a dollop of honey. We have runny options and set honey for you to choose from. Stir some honey through your yogurt, porridge and oats. Use it to elevate everything from pancakes and crepes to waffles and crumpets. A drizzle in your herbal tea or smoothie works well for a little sugar hit. We have British-sourced pure honey harvested from a single apiary on one of our M&S Select Farms, where the bees forage on plants, fruits and vegetables. This has a sumptuous golden colour and a sticky smooth texture, perfect for spreading on toast or adding to your breakfast bowl.

Look out for premium Collection honeys in your local Foodhall, sourced from beehives around the world. Our New Zealand Manuka honey comes in different strengths and has a satisfying, rich taste. Meanwhile, our British Honey from Spring Flowers is sourced from spring meadows and has delicate floral notes and an irresistible silky texture. For a caramel-like taste, choose a jar of Scottish honey, harvested in the Highlands, where bees buzz among the purple heather.

Versatile honey can add a sweet hit to savoury dishes. Drizzle some over root vegetables like parsnips or carrots with a sprinkling of nuts and seeds to make a delicious side dish to a Sunday gammon roast. Our Acacia honey, which has fruity notes, pairs wonderfully with yummy French cheese. Simply add crackers, grapes and some chutney and you’ve got a showstopping cheese board for guests.
