Our Collection Hot Maple Beef Brisket is made from 100% British beef that's traceable back to the farm and animal it came from for quality you can trust. The boneless joint is seasoned, hot smoked and then slowly cooked to achieve deep tenderness. It comes with maple syrup, chilli and bourbon sauce and spiced maple syrup and chilli glaze for a sweet kick with smoky depth.

Storage information

Suitable for freezing. For Use By, see front of pack. Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C. Once opened, use immediately. This product may have been frozen and returned to chill temperature. Further freezing will not affect quality. Freeze by date mark shown and use within 3 months. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) eat within 24 hours. Defrost thoroughly before use.
